Dulles is 21 miles (28 minutes) from Rose Hill Manor. IAD is a big international airport with many flights, but it is a major hub for United Airlines.

Reagan Airport is 46 miles (53 minutes) from Rose Hill Manor. DCA is a bit further from the venue and downtown Leesburg, but it is a major hub for American Airlines.

Union Station is a convenient option if you choose to travel via Amtrak. If you are not planning on renting a car from there or catching a ride with a friend from DC, you can also get to Loudoun County on the Silver Metro Line. The stop "Loudoun Gateway" is an easy 15 minute Uber to the below hotels.

For those looking for a resort-style stay! Lansdowne is a family friendly resort about a 20-minute (10-mile) ride to the venue and offers great amenities including a golf course, spa, and on-site restaurants. Please use the link below to book your stay to receive our room block rate. If you are planning on coming a day earlier or staying through Sunday, you can also book the block rates for those additional days. Please note we will provide transportation to and from the ceremony/reception from this hotel.

Lansdowne Resort

NOTE: We highly recommend booking in advance. The room block rates will be available until April 16, 2026 (subject to availability).We will provide transportation to and from the event for those saying at the Homewood Suites. This hotel is a 10 minute (5 miles) ride to the venue. Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn share a parking lot, so there will be one pick up location for guests staying at either hotel. This hotel also gives guests the option to book the blocked rate for an extra day (Saturday night) if you want to extend your trip for a full weekend!

If you want to check out more of Virginia, we recommend stopping by Middleburg, which is about a 30 minute drive from Leesburg and has lovely antique shops, home decor boutiques, and a year-round Christmas shop. Middleburg is also home to the Red Fox Inn, a boutique hotel and upscale restaurant which used to be a favorite of Jackie Kennedy.

Shuttles will depart from Lansdowne Resort to the venue at the following times:-4:25pm-4:45pm Shuttles will depart from the Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn at the following times:-4:45pm An early shuttle will provided back to both the Lansdowne Resort and the Homewood Suites/Hampton Inn at 9:00pm. The final guest shuttle will depart the venue at 11:00pm.
