Can I drive to the venue?
Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Rose Hill Manor, but please note you MUST use the Waze App to navigate to the venue. Google Maps will not recognize the address and will bring you to the wrong destination. If you have any questions about Waze, please reach out to Carson or Bobby!
Can I take an Uber/Lyft to the venue?
We do not recommend taking a ride share to the venue due to navigation problems with Google Maps. If you are not staying in one of the available hotel blocks, we recommend carpooling, pre-arranging transportation services, or taking a ride share to/from one of the hotel locations where our transportation will be picking up and dropping off guests: Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, or Landsdowne Resort
Will you provide transportation to the venue?
Yes, we will provide shuttle buses to and from each of the hotels with room blocks. Shuttle schedules and information will be provided at the front desk of each designated hotel. Please indicate in your RSVP if you are planning on using our transportation.
What time should I arrive to the venue?
The ceremony begins at 5:30pm, so we recommend arriving by 5:00pm. That way we can stay on schedule and have plenty of time for dinner and dancing!
What is the dress code?
Our wedding will be formal attire. We recommend dresses for the ladies and suits and ties for the men.
Will the wedding take place outdoors?
Weather permitting, we are planning on holding the ceremony and cocktail hour on an outdoor patio. If there is bad weather, we will move the ceremony and cocktail hour indoors. Either way, the reception will take place indoors.
Can I bring my children?
We absolutely love your little ones, but due to space limitations our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. If you want to travel with your children, please reach out to Carson and Bobby for some local child care recommendations.
Can I bring a plus one?
We are so excited to celebrate our special day with our closest friends and family! Due to space and planning, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We kindly ask that you do not bring a plus one unless specifically indicated. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
